WE BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN FEEL GOOD AT ANY AGE WITH A MINDSET AND MOVEMENT PRACTICE THAT NOURISHES THE WHOLE YOU.

Wellness is not a one size fits all, and we truly believe that.

Given this, Honey Bee Sweat® was created to honor every version of the woman and her natural cycle as she honors her career, lifestyle, and mental health.

Our popular at home workouts and at home wellness rituals are divided into phases of the woman’s cycle. (Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal, Menstrual) Observe what phase you’re in, choose a video from that category and nourish your mind and body in deeper way.

Even though we honor this in women, we serve men, too! Men can always join in, practice, grow, and thrive in this community the same way women do.

 WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?


We are all about warming the hearts of the free human. In you we see passion and creativity and we want to celebrate that while fanning your flames because we know you are going to do great things! We are here to provide you a space to calm your mind and heal your heart through mindset and movement practices, to cheer you on, and to keep you balanced on your path to success.

We are tailor-made wellness for creative women who mean business.


Our studio is designed to guide you through your cycle with an on-demand library that is organized into the four phases. When you get into the studio, scroll down to the phase you’re in and feel confident that no matter what practice you select in that category, it will be nourishing and supportive for where you are in the present moment.


Each quarter we donate a portion of our proceeds to a charity that supports young girls and young women while ultimately supporting the collective well-being. Our heart has always been to serve and raise the vibration of the whole. With your dedication to your wellness practice, we support the whole. Together, we make a difference.

Many of our classes throughout the month are themed. Some around the moon, some around the holidays, and some created out of divine intuition. Our instructors are creative individuals and artists on the mat. You will be inspired to move, dream, and create.


Every few months we host a different workshop or challenge for our team! Members are automatically enrolled for free and non-members are invited to join at a drop-in rate. You can find examples of these workshops and challenges inside the studio. When new ones come up you can find them there, too.


We offer a 30-45 minute virtual consultation and 3 follow ups to address the mind-body connection and create clarity as YOU learn, build, and integrate the work + wellness balance that’s right for you.

Each class comes with a nourishing self care intention or affirmation. You can create your own or use the suggestion listed in the description of each class.


Starting June 2025 we are hosting Monthly Group cOMmUNITY Calls. These calls are open to everyone in our community who is interested in chatting about life, business, and everything in between. Connect with us inside the studio to get in on these community calls or drop us a line through our contact page.

We truly are looking forward to connecting with you on a deeper level. We strive to create a virtual space where women come together and this is the fruition of our intention.


Our wellness center is a resource to all of our studio visitors. Here you can find educational videos on different wellness topics, tips to keep your work + wellness life balanced, and grab all of our cheat sheets with pro tips!


These bodywork videos are authentic versions of our practices, and we are so happy to be sharing them with you. They are intended to be used not only to grow strong in the body, but also in mind and spirit as you move more and more into alignment with the essence of you and your unique balance of work and wellness.

 MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

I’m Jessica!

A Mom, a Biz Owner, a Certified Barre Instructor, an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), a Wellness Educator, and a very ambitious human! I am also the creator and owner of Honey Bee Sweat®.

I absolutely love getting to share my practice with you. Not only my physical practice, either! Wellness is MORE than that. I’m here to share the good, the bad and the in between of life, wellness and making it all work.

I have a love for teaching a vinyasa style yoga class, hot yoga group classes, virtual barre classes, and specialize in private 1:1 yoga sessions with over 2000 hours of experience in the private sector alone. I run workshops, and in 2025 I plan to host Honey Bee Sweat’s® first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

I help people build the wellness practice of their dreams and make it sustainable! I love serving the curious and the committed, and I absolutely love to serve the busy human on-the-go. I am one, and I know one when I see one. You are my people and I’m so thrilled to lead you on this journey. 🧡
